  • Our curriculum is rooted in taekwondo, a Korean martial art. As a beginner, students will learn basic punching and kicking techniques, introductory self-defense skills, and basic forms (patterns of movements with coordinated upper and lower body techniques like punches, stances, and kicks). As students progress, curriculum will advance with more complex forms, self-defense, and sparring.

  • We offer classes Tuesday through Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Contact us for details!
